This page contains two of the major achievements of the MULTICUBE project consisting of the following open-source preliminary prototype tools:

• Multicube Explorer. This tool is a design space exploration framework for supporting platform-based design. It allows a fast optimization of parameterized system architecture towards a set of objective functions by interacting, by means of the MULTICUBE XML interface, with a system-level simulator such as those developed within the MULTICUBE project. • Multicube-SCoPE. This tool is an evolution of the SCoPE tool oriented to Design Space Exploration (DSE). Multicube-SCoPE is a fast system performance and power simulator providing the metrics associated with a system configuration in order to drive the DSE process.
